City Of Los Angeles Trying To Stop Britney Spears Paparazzi Swarm
The Britney madness has a chance of coming to an end.
The city of Los Angeles is trying to pass an ordinance is nicknamed the “Britney Law” to stop the swarms of paparazzi, who follow the popstar around the clock. Right now, it’s just a proposal, but it may infringe on First Amendment freedom-of-the-press rights.
Top cops, however, aren’t feeling the proposed ordinance. Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton argues that it would be difficult to enforce, and says existing laws can keep unruly “pap packs” in check anyway.
He suggested that the city’s tabloid mainstay could help the situation — which is said to cost the city thousands of dollars for escorts and other enforcement — by providing photographers less to work with.
“If celebrities behave themselves, that solves about 90 percent of the problem,” he said, according to CNN. “Britney, the last couple of days, has started wearing clothes again. The paparazzi are leaving town because she’s not as interesting when she’s not running around without her underwear on.”
We’re not sure this can really be stopped, but we’ll keep you posted.
Britney Spears Heads For The Border
Britney Spears headed for the border over the week, Cabo to be exact to soak up some sun, and take a break from his boring busy life.
Yes, you know, all the Star Bucks trips and wandering aimlessly around L.A. Anyway, here she is on vacation with George Maloof.
Britney Spears Agrees To Give Kevin Federline Full Custody Of Children
The over the Britney Spears kids is over. Spears and Kevin Federline have settled their long-running custody dispute over their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

According to E! News, Spears agreed on Thursday (July 17) to give Federline sole legal and physical custody of the two boys, while she will retain visitation rights. She also agreed to pay K-Fed $20,000 a month in child support
The news was confirmed by K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, who said the agreement was signed by all parties. “The case has been settled,” Kaplan told E! “The court still has to approve it.”
Unless Britney changes her mind at the last minute, the kids will be safe and sound with daddy K-Fed.

Britney Spears & Mel Gibson Meet For ‘Guidance Session’

Birtney Spears is getting “guidance” from Mel Gibson these days… That’s what we hear.
The two celebs met up for cigars Tuesday night (June 10 at the Havana Club in Beverly Hills, according to People, and spent over two-and-a-half hours in the members-only club together for “an ongoing guidance session.”
That’s rich isn’t it?
$20 Million Or I Won’t Marry Britney

This is kind of ridiculous and sounds like mindless gossip, but it’s entertaining, so we read it.
So, the rumor is that Britney Spears’ daddy, Jamie Spears, recently offered the fallen pop star’s ex-husband, K-Fraud K-Fed, $4.5 million — according to Star Magazine — to remarry Brit because she’s never been in love with anyone like she had been with K-Fed.
A source told the gossip mag: “His latest offer is $4.5 million in cash and a trust account set up with another $5 million if Kevin moves back in with Britney within a year. If they actually remarry, Jamie will add another $5 million to Kevin’s account.”
That’s not it though. Word is, he wants $20 million and refuses to sign a prenup when they remarry. Come on now, this is crazy. Like K-Fed wouldn’t walk down in the isle in a heartbeat for money. That Star magazine is crazy.

It was girls night for Britney Spears on Friday (May 24), and she’s still a train wreck. With all the recent time spent at Bally’s the girl is looking pretty bloated these days. Guess Adnan didn’t agree with her.
Spears showed up at Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier’s 50th birthday party at Los Angeles’ Petersen Automotive Museum, with her dad along for the ride.
