UFC Star Rampage Jackson Officially Charged In O.C. Car Chase
Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has been officially charged with six crimes in connection with the widely reported car chase last month.

According to reports, the former UFC champ has been charged with one felony count of evading while driving recklessly, one felony count of evading a peace officer, three misdemeanor counts of hit and run, and one misdemeanor reckless driving.
This all took place while he was driving his huge raised truck with his mug plastered on the side of the vehicle.
If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison.
Shaquille O’Neal Accused Of Stalking Female Rapper
NBA star Shaquille O’Neal has been ordered to stay away from an Atlanta woman who was recently granted a restraining order against the basketball player.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a judged granted Alexis Miller’s request on Thursday (August 21) after reviewing her claims that O’Neal stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm, and made harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before hanging up.
Miller is a 23-year-old hip-hop artist, known professionally as Maryjane. She claims that she ended an intimate relationship with O’Neal last month, which followed with the Phoenix Suns’ center threatening to pay other artists $50,000 each not to work with her.
“It’s been very difficult for her,” her attorney L. David Wolfe, told the paper. “Her fears are not only for herself, but also the people around her.”
Apparently, Miller has known O’Neal for about a year and a half, and over the past six to eight months, their relationship became intimate.
In a court affidavit, O’Neal sent Miller an email saying, “I dnt no who the [expletive] u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is I gotta make now try me. Sho me.”
Under terms of the temporary restraining order, O’Neal is prohibited from having any contact with Miller, and is restricted from coming within 200 yards of her or her 19-month-old son.
Both O’Neal and Miller are scheduled to appear in court on September 4th to determine whether the restrictions should remain.
Vanessa Hudgens Sued By Former Music Producer For $5 Mill

Vanessa Hudgens, star of Disney’s successful “High School Musical” series, has been sued by a music producer for $5 million, claiming the actress and her father have violated a contract and failed to pay him his share of her earnings.
According to reports, Hudgens entered into an agreement with producer Johnny Vieira when she was still a minor, states the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (August 11).
The producer claims that she sued to break free of their contract, but hasn’t abided by settlement terms.
He’s also suing Hudgens’ father for defamation, claiming he sent an e-mail to others that accused Vieira of being a “predator.”
Heath Ledger Drug Investigation Dropped, Mary-Kate Olsen Off The Hook For Now

So federal prosecutors have dropped a probe into how the late Heath Ledger obtained the powerful painkillers that caused his death, a law enforcement official said Wednesday (August 6).
According to reports, prosecutors say they have decided not to puruse it “because they don’t believe there’s a viable target.”
The news after reports of Mary-Kate Olsen demanding immunity leaked, before she would answer any questions about the startling death of her close friend and his drug use. Authorities say she was the first person called by a masseuse who found the body of the 28-year-old “Dark Knight” star.
The DEA had previously obtained a subpoena that could have forced Olsen to cooperate if she continued to remain silent. However, it is no longer valid because it was contingent upon prosecutors pursuing the case.
Reports indicate that that the case could still be revived if evidence of a crime emerges.
Sharon Stone Being Sued Over China Earthquake Comments
Sharon Stone’s bad karma is biting her in the butt.

According to the NY Post, more than 1,000 Chinese earthquake victims and a New York lawyer are demanding a $1 billion pay-out.
The actress has been served with legal papers from attorney Ming Hai, who intends to sue her for harming Chinese people when she suggested the catastrophic quake last May was “karma” for the regime’s occupation of Tibet.
“For the families who have lost their loved ones or lost limbs or suffered severe injuries, your . . . statement and act has caused extreme emotional distress,” Ming wrote, reports the Post, citing the controversial comments Stone made at the Cannes Film Festival.
Last month, Stone said in a public apology that she “could not be more regretful for that mistake.”

Mini-Me Sues Ex Over Sex Tape & Battery Accusations

The Mini-Me sex tape fiasco is not over.
The 2′8″ actor, Verne Troyer, has filed a lawsuit against his former ex and sex tape partner, Ranae Shrider, citing intentional infliction of emotional distress and battery.
Verne’s killer lawyer, Ed McPherson, tells TMZ, “When you pick up a 2′8″ human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts.”
In the lawsuit, Troyer accuses Shrider of terrorizing him, saying she once picked the lock to his bedroom door, pushing away a 100 pound scooter that was used to block the door, and then throwing him to the floor, said TMZ.
Troyer wants more than $20 million for his troubles.
Lil Wayne Sued For Alleged Use Of Rolling Stones Song
Now that Lil Wayne is a superstar rapper, he just can’t stay out of trouble.

The rapper was recently sued over a song from his new album, Tha Carter III, by a publishing company that claims he stole it from the Rolling Stones.
Abkco Music Inc. claims that Wayne released an alternate version of the Rolling Stones song “Play with Fire.” They called his version — titled “Playing With Fire” — “explicit, sexist and offensive” and said he used it without permission.
They’re taking him to court for copyright infringement and seeking unspecified damages.
Sienna Miller Sues Over Topless Photos
Actress Sienna Miller a lawsuit in London on Wednesday (July 23) over topless photos spread across the internet.

In her suit, she names Big Pictures, The Sun and The News of the World for publishing her breasts to the world, claiming her privacy was violated.
According to reports, Miller was paid almost $80,000 last December of nude photos leaked to the web.
Maybe it’s about time she stopped being nude in public? You think?
Courtney Love Sued For A Millie
Courtney Love’s business managers are reportedly suing the crazy rocker, claiming she owes them nearly $1 million.

According to TMZ.com, London & Co. filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Tuesday (July 22) claiming they were entitled to 5% of the sale of a portion of the Nirvana publishing catalog, which sold for $19,500,000. 5% would equal $975,000.
They claim, Courtney has yet to pay them, so they are trying to make the courts do it.
Britney Spears Agrees To Give Kevin Federline Full Custody Of Children
The over the Britney Spears kids is over. Spears and Kevin Federline have settled their long-running custody dispute over their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

According to E! News, Spears agreed on Thursday (July 17) to give Federline sole legal and physical custody of the two boys, while she will retain visitation rights. She also agreed to pay K-Fed $20,000 a month in child support
The news was confirmed by K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, who said the agreement was signed by all parties. “The case has been settled,” Kaplan told E! “The court still has to approve it.”
Unless Britney changes her mind at the last minute, the kids will be safe and sound with daddy K-Fed.
