Shaquille O’Neal Accused Of Stalking Female Rapper

NBA star Shaquille O’Neal has been ordered to stay away from an Atlanta woman who was recently granted a restraining order against the basketball player.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a judged granted Alexis Miller’s request on Thursday (August 21) after reviewing her claims that O’Neal stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm, and made harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before hanging up.

Miller is a 23-year-old hip-hop artist, known professionally as Maryjane. She claims that she ended an intimate relationship with O’Neal last month, which followed with the Phoenix Suns’ center threatening to pay other artists $50,000 each not to work with her.

“It’s been very difficult for her,” her attorney L. David Wolfe, told the paper. “Her fears are not only for herself, but also the people around her.”

Apparently, Miller has known O’Neal for about a year and a half, and over the past six to eight months, their relationship became intimate.

In a court affidavit, O’Neal sent Miller an email saying, “I dnt no who the [expletive] u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is I gotta make now try me. Sho me.”

Under terms of the temporary restraining order, O’Neal is prohibited from having any contact with Miller, and is restricted from coming within 200 yards of her or her 19-month-old son.

Both O’Neal and Miller are scheduled to appear in court on September 4th to determine whether the restrictions should remain.

The Two Coreys Admit To Being Molested

Corey Feldman and Corey Haim, the two former child actors who now boast the reality show “The Two Coreys,” recently revealed that they were sexually abused as kids.

They both revealed it during the latest episode of the show. Via a recent interview with GQ, Feldman said it was not Michael Jackson, which many suspect since the two had a relationship back then.

“People can say whatever they want, but it wasn’t Michael,” Feldman told GQ. “He and I have our own issues, but that wasn’t one of them. The guy that did this to me was my assistant. I was still a virgin at the time. I hadn’t even had sex with a girl. So for me it was just kind of bewildering.”

As far the abuse, Haim said, “It’s something that will be addressed in my inner soul for the rest of my life, and it’s something that truly affects me . . . It’s just like, it happened, it’s over, and move on. Let’s move on to the next subject.”

When asked why Tyson would pay for a hit on such men, the witness replied because “he was close friends with ‘Homicide.’”

Wow, we knew Tyson was a little koo-koo, but this is psycho.

Woman Testifies To Threesome With Kelly & Underage Girl In R. Kelly Trial

R. Kelly could be going down soon, as the prosecution rested their case on Monday (June 1) after bringing out their key witness — Lisa Van Allen, the woman who claims she had a threesome with Kelly and the alleged underage girl on video.

Van Allen, now 27, said under oath that 1998 and 2001 — when she was just 17 — she engaged in threesomes with both Kelly and at the time a 14-year-old girl at least three times, crying during some of her testimony.

As tears ran down her cheeks during her testimony, she also revealed that Kelly allegedly offered her $250,000 to recover a tape of one of the trysts.

The defense fired back though, accusing Van Allen of being a thief and extortionist, which she denied. However, she did admit to once stealing Kelly’s $20,000 diamond-studded watch from a hotel.

“Van Allen is an admitted thief and liar who wouldn’t know the truth if she tripped over it,” Kelly’s business manager, Derrel McDavid, said in a statement.

She said the encounters were in 1998, 1999 and 2000 — when the alleged underage girl was 14 through 16 years old. At the beginning of the encounters, in 1998, Kelly was 30 years old.

41-year-old Kelly could face as much as 15 years in prison if convicted of child pornography on suspicion of videotaping himself having sex with a female prosecutors say was as young as 13.

The defense begins its presentation on Wednesday (June 4).

New York ‘Bodies’ Exhibit Must Adhere To Guidelines

The Bodies exhibits that are popping up all over the nation from Los Angeles, Las Vegas and even New York have been the subject of much speculation as of late, as to where the orgin of these bodies. ABC’s popular “20/20″ program ran a special about the exhibits and even they didn’t get a clear answer about the backgrounds of these “bodies.”

In a recent NYTimes.com article, the company behind “Bodies … the Exhibition” admitted that they to cannot prove that the bodies, which were obtained legally in China, were not those of prisoners who might have been tortured or executed. Now, they are promising refunds to people who have seen the exhibit.

It is a settlement between Premier Exhibitions, the owners, and the New York State attorney general’s office, who have been investigating the origin of the cadavers and body parts in the exhibit.

According to the paper, terms of the settlement say that the exhibit cannot obtain new bodies without documentation proving the individual’s identity, cause of death and consent for the body to be displayed, a requirement that may slow or end the importation of bodies from China.

The Laogai Research Foundation, a nonprofit group that gathers information on forced labor camps and human rights violations in China, is pleased with the settlement. “We’re very pleased with the settlement and we think it’s going to do a lot to shed light on the origins of these bodies,” Kirk Donahoe, assistant director, told the paper. “Because of this settlement, it is now less likely that Premier and its competitors will obtain specimens from China for display not just in New York, but anywhere in the United States.”

We’d like to also applaud the powers that be in New York for putting better restrictions on these exhibits.
